Ensure the compliance of the computerized systems, (Priority, Microsoft 365, Jostle, Zoom, Adobe, etc.), in use in Jerusalem and South. 2. Provide assurance that GxP regulated computerized systems are suitably implemented and managed in accordance with FDA and the company'w requirements and other regulatory body requirements 3. Apply advanced knowledge and experience to diagnose and address issues. 4. Review and/or create validation documents. 5. Support efficient integration of the Data integrity expectations during CSV activities. 6. Coordinate activities with Operation Leads and Quality on CSV for plant applications using IQ/PQ protocols. 7. Strategic planning of rollout of information systems and related processes in full alignment with the business requirements. 8. Accountable and responsible to assess impact of IT Global projects that require implementation at the sites in Israel. 9. Advise business leaders on the implications of IT-enabled change and working with the business to mitigate risk and deliver a positive user experience. 10. Participate in the development and delivery of a unified global IT application and services portfolio and defining required regional or localized support models. 11. Identify, develop, and execute end-user training programs and create self-help materials 12. to increase IT proficiency across the company 13. Analysis, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems. 14. Provide support for Lab equipment and manufacturing systems., the internal audits, SOX, ITGC, and Cyber Security. 15. Firewall maintenance, configuration and training 16. Access Controls 17. Log Management and Review 18. Provide support for Disaster Recovering and Business Continuity exercises and maintenance. 19. Maintain data backups and responsible for data restoration when needed. 20. Managing vendors in Israel. 21. Assist Engineering with plant infrastructure, including: barcode readers, specialized printers, computers/laptops, refrigerators, etc. 22. Reports To Head of Global Information Technology *Requirements* 1. 5-10 years' experience as an IT Manager in a global biotechnology organization, supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing and corresponding technology 2. Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years of relevant business/industry work 3. Experience working in a GxP manufacturing environment 4. Experience in IT Support for end users 5. Experience with Microsoft products and operating systems, Fortinet products and services 6. Experience with Priority ERP system 7. Experience with global ERP implementations 8. Strong analytical skills, including understanding of the business and financial resources. 9. Good communications skills in both Hebrew and English 10. Good team work 11. Technical knowledge of a. Windows server, b. Desktop OS c. Microsoft 365 d. Microsoft Active Directory e. Anti-virus software f. Okta SSO g. Azure h. Network equipment i. Fortinet Firewalls configuration j. Version control k. Patch Management l. Computer Systems Validation m.
